Directional wind indicator for mahjong. The design for this indicator was put together by me using images from various vintage, Chinese bone and bamboo mahjong tiles from the 1920s. The artisans of those tiles are known.
One east directional indicator. East is a foo dog.
Made out of glass cabochon top, plexiglass bottom with a photo sandwiched between.
This handmade and will have slight imperfections including air bubbles. None of them are perfect. Positioning of the image may vary slightly from the images shown.
Size: Approximately 35mm (about 1 3/8 inch) diameter x 10 mm high.
